This website introduces our showroom, collections, services and educational material. It also provides indicative daily metal rates, calculators and ways to begin an enquiry. Website content is general information and is not investment, lending, tax or legal advice.
2. Rates, prices and calculations
Gold and silver rates can change during the day. Rates, coin prices, weights, making charges, taxes, delivery charges and calculator results shown online are indicative. The rate, weight, purity, charges, taxes and total printed on the showroom invoice at the time of purchase are final.
If the automatic market feed is delayed or unavailable, the website may show the most recently confirmed rate with a stale-rate warning. Please confirm the current rate with the showroom before making a decision.
3. Product information and availability
Photographs, colours and dimensions may vary across screens. Jewellery is individually made and stock changes frequently. A WhatsApp message or enquiry does not reserve an item unless our staff expressly confirms the reservation and its conditions.
4. Gold plans and payments
Website summaries and calculators do not replace the signed terms of a gold advance purchase plan. Eligibility, instalments, benefits, redemption, KYC and other conditions are governed by the current plan document accepted at enrolment. Where a UPI link is offered, payment is completed by the visitor’s bank or UPI application; the website does not collect card, bank-account or UPI PIN details.
5. WhatsApp and third-party services
Links to WhatsApp, Google Maps, Google Analytics, Google Fonts, UPI applications and other third parties are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for the availability or operation of third-party services.
